Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We provide international shipping from our specialized suppliers in China to offer you the best value and latest products.
• Standard Shipping: Estimated 7-15 business days.
• Express Shipping (if available): Estimated 5-10 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, international logistics, or peak seasons.
Shipping Cost
• Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD
• Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over  $79 AUD
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package via our "Track Your Order" page or the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
RedPureRay is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at RedPureRay@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. RedPureRay is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
